See the various types of vehicles used by Plymouth Police to protect all areas of the town. You will notice that some vehicles are blue and white. These are older vehicles that are being replaced through attrition by the new traditional Black and White cruisers.

The Plymouth Police Department utilizes Harley-Davidson Police motorcycles. Motorcycles are especially valuable to the department because they allow officers to work their way through heavy traffic that would stop a conventional cruiser and they are economical to operate.

The Plymouth Police Department's Mountain Bike Unit was implemented in June of 2009. Its primary mission is to reduce crime by being highly visible.

The Plymouth Police Honor Guard is comprised exclusively of full time active duty police officers. Sponsored by the Plymouth Police Relief Association, the Honor Guard has over the years appeared in numerous parades, public gatherings and official functions.
