School Resource Officer

Plymouth Police Department has a significant presence in all public schools within our community. In collaboration with Plymouth Public Schools, we have assigned four officers full time to work in the schools. The Officers handle a wide variety of support to the students and staff including speaking at assemblies, providing drug and internet safety education to students and parents, reading to elementary school students, holding a “High 5” welcome day for elementary school students upon arrival at school as well as many other activities.
